Ipstones Project
This project involved the refurbishment and renovation of a derelict farmhouse, including new insulated roof, repointing of stonework, new insulated floors, new kitchen and bathroom installation. The project also included a large two storey rear extension in local sandstone to match the existing residence.
Cheadle Project
This project involved replacing the conservatory with a new two storey extension in traditional brickwork to match the existing house and a tiled hipped roof structure. Including forming a new sunroom and bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Supply and install new energy efficient upvc double glazed windows and french doors and building a new garden wall and patio area
Additionally a complete bathroom refurbishment, taking out the existing bathroom and fit new heritage bath with shower and matching suite, including plain tiled wall finish with classic mosaic border. Kitchen refurbishment including the design and installation of a new classic style kitchen with granite worktops, tiled splashbacks and new tiled floor finish.
Woodseaves Project
This project involved the construction of an ornate Georgian style extension to match the existing residence, and the renovation and refurbishment of the existing Georgian farm house including substanial structural underpinning.
The project also included a new farmhouse kitchen, bathrooms and period rooms, a beautiful period style orangerie, portico, triple garage with annex playroom, landscaping of pathways, patios and lawns, tennis court and stunning indoor swimming pool with exposed oak beamed roof structure, sauna, jacuzzi and changing rooms.
Onneley Project
This project was a complete refurbishment and renovation of a derelict farmhouse, including replacement and rebuild of roof structure and covering, deconstruct lean to and porch area, structural underpinning to support subsidence wall new insulated block and beam floors, new kitchen and bathroom installation. The project also included a large two storey rear extension in local reclaimed brick to match the existing residence.
